Window on Canada : Strange Sign, Indeed


I spotted this sign off the Westminster Highway while staying at the Best Western Richmond Hotel.

What is an executive cold beer and wine store, anyway?

That Beer and Wine Store is part of the Executive Hotel (it is owned by the hotel) and is part of its physical plant) thus, Executive Beer and Wine Store
