Relative unknown Dallas Norris, who drove from Canada to Texas, set a new course record. He finished first overall, with a time of 27:18:0. Caroline van den Bulk of Huntsville, Ontrio shattered the women's record with her time of 32:05:00. She placed first in the women's category and fifth overall.
