Seattle's Mayflower Park Hotel: Love Thy Canadian Neighbor

Seattle's Mayflower Park Hotel has been welcoming Canadians across the country for more than 84 years. In appreciation of their guests north of the 49th Parallel, the hotel has put together a Love Thy Canadian Neighbor Package. It includes:
Classic or deluxe accommodations
Complimentary breakfast for two
Complimentary in-and-out valet parking
Rates start at $169 for a classic guestroom and $179 for a deluxe room. The package is available through October 31, 2011 and reservations may be made by calling 800.426.5100 or emailing mayflowerpark@mayflowerpark.com. Rates are based on space availability and do not include tax.

The Mayflower Park Hotel was built in 1927, and is one of the last remaining locally owned, independent hotels in the Seattle area. It's located in the heart of the city, connected to Westlake Center, the Seattle Monorail and Seattle's Link Light Rail with direct service to Sea-Tac Airport.

Recently renovated, the hotel is a member of Historic Hotels of America, which includes such iconic properties as The Greebrier in West Virginia and The Brown Palace in Denver.

The hotel's award winning martini bar, Oliver's, has a dandy happy hour and also on site is the Mediterranean inspired Andaluca Restaurant and Bar. Across the street is Suite 410, a hip urban bar with a local following.
