Canada and the world mourn the loss of lives in Norway
Canada and the world is mourning the loss of lives in the horrific bomb attack and shootings in Norway. And leaders around the world have issued their condolences.
A service was held at the Oslo Cathedral on Sunday morning, July 24. In Canada, a number of vigils for the victims are being held across the country:
