I've yet to dine in an outdoor dome, and these cozy ones look perfect for those cold winter nights. Winterlust season has been extended at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver. The popular venue is now taking reservations from February 1 - March 13, 2022.
The five spacious 8x8 domes are constructed with panoramic glass panelling in an intricately designed wooden framework. Inside are lush sheepskin throws, pillows and woodland-inspired decor. The domes are equipped with heaters, ventilation for fresh air circulation and independent sound systems. Other features include sliding glass doors and a crescent-shaped sitting area. Reservations for Winterlust dining may be made online. Note there is a 48-hour advance cancellation policy in order for a full refund.
