I've been staying there since the '80s, and with the addition of Forage restaurant in 2012, it just keeps getting better. Heading up the kitchen is Chef Chris Whittaker, who earned the title of Vancouver Aquarium Oceanwise Chowder Chowdown Champion in both 2012 and 2013.
