Victoria's sewage raises a stink in US
Lots of folks in Washington's San Juan Islands are not happy with Victoria's ongoing sewage disposal program.
According to an article by Gordy Peterson of Friday Harbor's Island Examiner titled Supernatural BC, the dumping of sewage by BC's capital city has caused an "international stink."
