Canada's Most Walkable Cities

Westjet's up! magazine has handed out its awards for Canada's Most Walkable Cities.

No surprise that Vancouver took the top spot for the second year in a row. I very seldom drive to Vancouver, opting to take Amtrak Cascades from either Seattle or Everett, north to the border.

Once in Vancouver, I generally travel by foot ... and foot ferry. One of my favorite ways to get around in the city is via the Aqua Bus or False Creek Ferries.

Canada's Most Walkable Cities:
1. Vancouver
2. Victoria
3. Montreal
4. Toronto
5. Halifax
6. Quebec City
7. Ottawa
8. Calgary
9. St. John's
10. Winnipeg
