Metropolitan Hotels offers holiday packages in Toronto and Vancouver

I love being in the city for the holidays, and Canadian-based Metropolitan Hotels has put together a great little package for its three hotels in Toronto and Vancouver. The Met for the Holidays package, which is available the last two weeks in December, makes for an affordable and ideal urban getaway. Plus you can shop, dine and walk your seasonal cares away.

The Met for the Holidays package includes:
  • Luxury room accommodation
  • Home-baked holiday welcome treat
  • Breakfast for two at the hotel's restaurant
  • Complimentary parking
Package prices per night at the three properties: Metropolitan Hotel Toronto, starting at $159; SoHo Metropolitan Hotel Toronto, starting at $209; Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver, starting at $179. Rates are based on double occupancy and available Dec. 15-30, 2011. There's also an upgrade option to include Christmas Eve or Christmas Day dinner.

Breakfast in the hotel's restaurants includes Hemispheres, Metropolitan Hotel Toronto; Senses, SoHo Metropolitan Toronto; Diva at the Met, Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver. The three hotels are all members of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

During our vacation in Canada, we've stayed at the Met. I can say we were very satisfied. The hotel looks nice and the staff are all accomodating.

I've only stayed at the Met in Vancouver, which I always enjoy. And Diva at the Met is a wonderful on-site resto.

The first time I took one of the budget hotels near hyde park, I told myself it's really practical. I mean, you don't travel to rest, you travel for sightseeing. Thanks for this blog! More power!

I'll keep this is in my mind since we are planning to visit Canada next year. In the meantime, I'll enjoy our stay here in central london hotel. It's our first time to visit London and I'm really excited to explore the city.

Hi Jane, I went to London last month too. But instead of booking in a hotel, I've rented one of those serviced apartments in central london and it's way much cheaper. Though it's not as luxurious as the hotels, it is pretty nice too and the staff are really friendly.
